Lewis Berkeley was initially instructed to undertake a condition survey of the existing Grade II Listed Dimco Buildings located towards the West side of the development opposite television centre on Wood Lane.

Lewis Berkeley‘s appointment was then extended to provide contract administration and conservation advice in connection with the repair and refurbishment of the Dimco Buildings.

Works included cleaning and restoration of existing fabric, replacement of the steel roof trusses and windows. Provision of new roof weathering, adaptation of existing window and doorway openings and installation of new supporting steelworks.
