Lewis Berkeley was appointed by the Landlord of the premises to prepare a costed terminal schedule of dilapidations for service upon the tenant on the property.

The tenant chose not to undertake any works prior to the lease end date and Lewis Berkeley entered into negotiations with the tenant to achieve a financial settlement.

The full cost of works plus attendant professional fees were recovered on behalf of the Landlord without the need for legal proceedings to be issued.
