Lewis Berkeley have provided advice to the client from the inception of the project to practical completion on all aspects of the specialist fit-out including finishes, bar and restaurant fixtures and fittings, building regulations, fire risk assessment and other health and safety matters.

Lewis Berkeley have also provided project QS services to ensure that the works were undertaken in accordance with the cost plan agreed with the main contractor.
