Lewis Berkeley have provided advice to managing agents, fund / asset managers and owner occupiers in relation to the long term repair and maintenance of their property portfolio.
Recent instructions include the inspection and issue of planned preventative maintenance reports in respect of 25 commercial office buildings throughout the United Kingdom on behalf of Threadneedle Property Investments.
Lewis Berkeley have also recently completed surveys of 40No multi tenanted residential blocks advising the managing agents on the necessary repairs to bring the units up to a good standard of repair and decoration. Lewis Berkeley completed all surveys and obtained competitive tender quotations within a limited timescale to ensure that the works were completed by the end of the Summer period.
